Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Forme mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Service Description

Forme is a class planning tool designed for reformer Pilates instructors. The App provides an exercise library, flow builder, AI class generation, teaching mode, and related features to help instructors design and deliver reformer Pilates classes.

Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Subscription Terms

Free Tier

The free tier provides access to the exercise library, basic search and filtering, and the ability to create up to 3 class flows.

Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription unlocks all features including unlimited flows, the drag-and-drop flow builder, AI class generation, templates, export/sharing, custom exercises, teaching mode, and cloud sync.

Pro is available as a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($69.99/year) subscription. All subscriptions include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.

Payment and Renewal

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including class flows, custom exercises, and preferences. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, exercise library content, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Forme Pilates and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to distribute harmful or offensive content
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the App
• Use the AI generation feature to produce harmful content

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Exercise information in the App is for reference purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with qualified professionals regarding exercise safety and modifications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forme Pilates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, though you may request export of your data within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
