Forme is a class planner for reformer Pilates instructors. You build classes from a library of reformer and mat exercises, see every spring change, and teach from your laptop or iPhone. There's an AI planner, class templates, teach mode and printable class sheets.

In any modern browser at app.formepilates.app, and in the Forme app for iPhone and iPad. Sign in with the same account and your classes are on both.

Yes. The free plan saves up to 2 classes and includes the full exercise library, the AI planner, templates and teach mode. Pro adds unlimited classes, printing and PDF, and importing from notes.

Go to app.formepilates.app/signup and continue with Google or email, or download the iPhone app and sign up there. Either way it's the same account.

Start a new class and either add exercises from the library, pick a template, or describe what you want to the AI planner. Then group it into sections, check the spring changes, and save.

Each class is drawn as spring ribbons. Left to right is time, each ribbon is a spring colour, and its thickness is how many of those springs are on. A swell means a spring change.

Yes. Minimize spring changes reorders the class so exercises with the same setup sit together. Your opener stays first, cool-downs stay last, and sections keep their exercises.

Yes. Add sections like Warm-up, Footwork or Cool-down in the class builder. Each section shows its length, and the AI planner groups classes into sections for you.

Describe the class in your own words, for example "30-minute beginner lower body", and it builds a full class from the library. You can remove exercises before saving and change anything afterwards.

Forme Pro is $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year. Both include a 7-day free trial in the iPhone app.

Web checkout is coming soon. For now, subscribe in the iPhone app and Pro unlocks on the web too when you sign in with the same account.

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple ID. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

They stay yours. You can still open and teach every class; you just can't save new ones beyond the free allowance or use Pro features like printing.

Sign in with the same account. On iPhone, you can also tap Restore Purchase in Settings.

Check you're signed in with the same account on both and that you're online. Classes sync automatically.

Close and reopen the app, check your connection, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. On the web, reload the page.
